EuroFeria 1

Besides local elections, Brussels also hosted the EuroFeria Andaluza this past weekend. Started in 1992 by the Andalusian community in Brussels, EuroFeria was initially a fair of Andalusian and Spanish traditions, dance, and food.

In the meantime the fair extended to other countries and regions of the world. However flamenco singing and dancing, and horse shows stayed again at the center of this years EuroFeria. The location where it all took place? The Atomium.

I like you shot of the dancers and your narrative is interesting too.

Baby raccoons. Hopefully tomorrow will be better.

Having lived in Brussels for a short while, I love visiting your blog and recognizing some of the sights. There's so much I left unseen and undone, but I love this city, quirky and oh so "Belgian" though it may be.
