Peking to Paris

Peking to Paris. Ok, I know very little to do with Brussels but I simply had to share this wonderful photo (adventure) with you. Such amazing race, such brave races.

We came across the Peking to Paris racers in Tallinn, more by chance than anything else. It was such a thrill to see the cars arriving one by one ... on their way to Paris. Perhaps we could have some photos of the finish in a couple of days 'live' from Paris?

Interesting photograph of an old Chevrolet called a "
Chevy" here. I used to have one that looked a lot like this one.

Like Beetle, I thank you for that link. I found the history interesting, especially reading about the guy who had never even been in a motor car before! And if I might also add about the Chevy: Louis Chevrolet, born in Switzerland, spent many years in France, then immigated to Canada and then to the US where he founded the car company. Lots of moving about.
