Ladybugs on the Wall

Three ladybugs on a wall. Someone with a lot of sense of humour has placed these three ladies up on a wall. I find it a cute idea - goes with the sunny mood of Brussels.

These look different. Our Lady Bugs are smaller and only have a few or several black spots. These seem different. I like the idea of having them on a wall or photographing them on a wall. That's different.

I think they have gone a bit full on with the spots but generally they are the same everywhere.

But did you know that in the UK we call them LadyBirds? No idea why. . .

Cute and very eye catching! I've got a photo of something interesting on someone's house too - pop over to Tel Aviv and have a look.

Does the Wildlife Insect Society know of this species of giant ladybugs? :)

This is just around the corner from where I live. The alledgedly Greek woman who lives there is quite fanatic about her flowers. There's hardly any place for a mother with a push car to get past her house.
She has won the "Uccle en fleurs" award on several occasions, so I've heard ;-)
