Cavalia

If Belgian, you will wonder why I am posting this now. Cavalia, the show, finished. Yet let me explain.

One, what is Cavalia? A show where men and horse merge into one beautiful example of magic, performance and precision. Or so they say. Personally I haven't been to see the show.

Two, after the initial success of Cavalia in Belgium posters and advertising signs like the one in the photo announce that Cavalia will be back in Brussels in August 2007. Tickets don't come cheap (90euro and more) but I am sure they will be sold out.

Has Cavalia been in your city?

I have seen horses perform like these on television. I admire them. I hope you can get tickets. Your picture is nice.

I haven't heard of it, but will be sure to watch out now.

Years ago there was a place in South Wales that used to put on regular performances like this and it was very good.
When we went back to the area a few years later we could no longer locate.
I personally wouldn't pay ninty euros to see the show but considering what people seemingly pay to attend pop concerts, I'm sure it is worth it.

This would be a show I'd love to attend! Cavalia hasn't yet come to Maui.

I went to see the show in Brussels and it was just great. So great that I have ordered tickets for 2 more shows in August and September when they are back in Brussels after Amsterdam. The difference with other horse-shows is that these horses are clearly very happy to do their act. They are free and behave like true Stars. Furthermore, the music and special effects are wonderful. Go and see it if you can.

I agree with Lady,

I went to see it myself and it is breath taking. What is impressive is also the installation ! I got horselover ticket and I was in the third line of seats. Im an experienced groom and true horse lover, I will go back see it again when it will be in bruxelles hoping to get rendez vous tickets. It costs a lot but for horse lovers is a must see. I also had the luck to see Zingaro (apart of meeting him personally) and got ALL of his dvd. For horse lovers I also recommend "crinieres d'or" show in Avignon which I will attend next year. Dvd can be found here : www.obatala.fr. Zingaro is a must see as well but less technical and more showing cultural aspects of horses in different areas and ages, I did love most his first shows. Another show I did see is Apassionata (www.apassionata.de) but this is more like Crinieres, a group of performers in series.
