For the Oldsmobile fans amongst you, then a visit to the Autoworld Brussels is in order. I find the museum to be very interesting, fun and a lovely alternative to rainy days.
I just returned to the USA froma Brussels vacation. We tried to visit the Aviation Museum at the Cinquantennaire, but for some bizzare reason it's closed on Tuesdays. We could only peer in through the doors.
Autoworld, however, was open. We spent a couple of hours there. Until then, I had no idea that Belgium has such a rich automotive manufacturing history.
You know, I have never been to Autoword and I had a "kot" a few blocks from there. In Brussels, my favorite museum is the Musée des Arts Anciens et Modernes. The "puit de lumière" is stunning.
