With me gone, but summer back in Brussels, this is the best opportunity to show you this and the other 'sight' you will come across in Brussels.

Day 1 and the first stop of the mini-tour: the Museum of Musical Instruments in Brussels, the MIM. I personally think this is one of the most magnificent art nouveau buildings in Belgium.

Thank you to Denton from Greenville DP for stepping in and 'pushing the buttons' while I am abroad in Switzerland.

Wow. Very lovely. I thought maybe it was a Horta building, but I see it's designed by Jean-Pierre Cluysenaar, whom I had never heard of before.

I love this building. This pic and the next 2 bring back wonderful feelings, sweet memories.

Before you get to the Grand Place, will you pass by the Mannequin Pis, even though you've already shown it? Will you stop for some waffles? Pretty please?
