Sunday, 4 June 2006

For one Sunday I will step away from the usual graffiti, and introduce to you ... Gaston Lagaffe. Started by Franquin in 1960, Gaston Lagaffe is a constant presence on the Belgian cartoon scene. I understand there is a certain particularity about the numbering of the cartoon books, yet I haven't been able to decipher it yet.

Oh! A cactus? Is that what he's holding? I don't know Gaston. What's the story behind the cactus?
