I have already posted a picture of the Man from Atlantis before. This time though the water fountain worked as well. Probably because it is spring and the chance of the water freezing, small.

This HAS TO BE the worst statue in the world ever, never mind Brussels. It cost some outlandish sum, 20,000 euros +. And it is just crap.
