If you ever visit Brussels, then Maison Antoine is a must. Maison Antoine is selling Belgian fries for over 60 years, and they are the best. On weekends count to wait well over 20min to get your fries (even if it is raining) - still traditionally wrapped in paper cones (newspaper has been recently banned).

On a sunnier note, Marieta from South Africa joined the daily blogging community. Welcome!

And the question is : "Mayonnaise on your fries?". OK, I'd like some. Thanks.
And now I take my fries cone and i'm leaving Brussels to pay a visit to Marieta, somewhere in the south of Brussels. Ciao a tutti.

grant fraser - andalouse is a good choice :)
pierre - needless to say, mao is the winning combo
sam - Belgian plain is really a good choice
nicola - ketchup?! :) there are at least 10 different sauces to chose from

i personally prefer mine with samourai, a way too hot sauce!

marieta - no probs. hope you are enjoying 'the world' :)
